Delt Privacy Policy

What Delt Is

Delt is a locally-installed AI assistant that runs on your computer. It connects to services you choose (like Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets) to help you work faster.

Data We Collect

Delt does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to any external server. All data stays on your machine. When you connect a Google account, your OAuth tokens are stored locally in encrypted form on your device only.

How Google Data Is Used

When you connect Google Workspace, Delt accesses your Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, and Drive data solely to perform actions you request — like reading emails, creating events, or editing spreadsheets. This data is processed locally and is never sent to Delt's developers or any third party.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties. Period.

Data Storage

OAuth credentials are stored locally on your device using AES-256-GCM encryption with a machine-specific key. No credentials or personal data leave your computer.

Data Deletion

You can disconnect any integration at any time through Delt's settings, which immediately deletes the stored credentials. You can also revoke access from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Limitation of Liability

Delt is provided "as is" as a platform. We are not responsible for data loss, data leaks, security breaches, or any mishap of any kind arising from your use of the software or connected services. We do not access, view, touch, or store any of your data beyond your name and email address used for account identification. All integrations run locally on your device — we have no access to your connected accounts, messages, files, or any other data. You use Delt and its integrations entirely at your own risk.
